I am led to this work by lived experience. I take your freedom personally, and you will find that I work towards this goal as if it were my own, because your joy matters!

I believe in miracles. I believe in our ability to do hard things. And I believe in our capacity to be in more joy, ease and peace than we ever thought possible.

My somatics practice centers people who are wanting to regain trust in their body and peace in their hearts during or after life-changing experiences like diagnoses, surgeries or illness. Whether through mind-body training and education or hands-on bodywork, I am uniquely positioned to serve clients with chronic illness, chronic pain and those with physical/mental/emotional disabilities.

As the President of the Association of Certified Sexological Bodyworkers, I am also passionate about serving people with polyamorous/ethically non-monogamous relationship styles and those in the LGBTQIA community.
